摘要
合成了缬氨酸水杨醛席夫碱及其与Mn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)的配合物,用元素分析,摩尔电导,磁化率测定,红外光谱和电子光谱的研究进行表征,应用pH法测定了配合物的稳定常数,实验发现,铜、锌配合物的抗菌活性大于配体的抗菌活性。
The some bivalent metal ions complexes of schiff base derived from salicylaldehyde and valine were synthesized and characterized based on the element analytical data,molar conductance,magnetic susceptibility measurement and studies of electronic and in-frared spectra. The stability constants of the complexes were determined,It were shown thatthe Cu(Sal-Val)(H_2O)exhibited activity against Saureus and B. subtilis and the Zn(Sal-Val)(H_2O)exhibited oaly activity against S.aureus.
