摘要
使用一种工业重质油和中温煤焦油沥青进行共炭化反应,改善了煤沥青的炭化性质。利用核磁共振(NMR)手段详细研究了共炭化反应前后沥青TS(甲苯可溶)组分的结构变化,发现共炭化反应使沥青中的环烷及链烷烃含量增加,烷烃结构尤其是环烷结构的丰富是导致沥青改性的主要原因。
The structure change of medium coal tar pitch(MCTP) during co-carbonization was investigated by using NMR. It was found that co-carbonized pitch contains morenaphthenic group and alkyl substituents in comparison with parent MCTP. The carboniza-tion property of MCTP was improved by co-carbonization of pitch-heavy oil blend,Therather rich aliphatic groups formed through co-carbonization should be the main reason ofMCTP modification.
