捣固法生产冶金焦和铸造焦试验

摘要 进行了7kg小焦炉和200kg焦炉生产冶金焦和铸造焦的捣固炼焦试验,结果表明,用83%气煤、10%瘦煤和7%焦粉可生产Ⅱ级冶金焦;用30%气煤、40%焦、肥煤、25%石油延迟焦和5%焦粉可生产Ⅰ级铸造焦。 The test for Producing metallurgical coke and foundry coke by stamp charging was carried out in 7kg and 200kg test coke oven. The result showed that grade Ⅱ metallurgical coke can be made from blend containing 83% of gas coal, 10% of lean coal and 7% of coke fine, and grade Ⅰ foundry coke can be made from blent containign 30% of gas coal, 40% of fat coal and coking coal, 25% of delayed coke and 5% of coke fine.
