摘要
介绍日本已投产的装炉煤调湿装置,对炼焦生产的节能、增产、提高焦炭质量和减少污染都有显著效果。针对我国装炉煤水分高的特点,建议积极开发采用以焦炉烟道气为热源的装炉煤调湿技术。
CMC plants started-up in coking workes of Japan are introduced. As a result, the effects of energy saving, productivity increasing, coke quality improving and pollution reducing were proved. In view of higher moisture of coal blend in china, development and application of CMC using coke oven flue gas as the heat energy resource must be considered.
