介绍了用硫酸亚铁处理终冷水过程中所产生的含氰沉淀物制造铁蓝的工艺,工业生产表明,终冷水经脱氰后,废水中的氰含量可降低到10mg/L以下。还具有较好的脱硫和除油效果。与黄血盐法相比,该法具有蒸汽耗量少、处理费用低和脱氰效果好等优点。
The production process for prussian blue from cyanide-containing effluent generated during final cooling water treatment with ferrous sulfate is described. Industrial production shows that after removal of cyanide from final cooling water, the cyanide content in the effluent can be reduced to less than 10mg/L and the method has a better effect on the removal of sulfur and oil. Compared with sodium ferrocyanide method, it is characterized by lower steam consumption and treating fee and better cyanide removal efficiency.
