湖南省地市间工业结构的调控及优化

THE ADJUSTMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE IN HUNAN PROVINCE

本文通过计算分析，认为湖南省地、市之间工业部门结构既有趋同性，又有趋异性。其差异主要表现在综合专业化能力、部门深层结构、结构质量上．以此为据，并在对湖南省工业生产力合理布局进行系统分析的基础上，提出了湖南省地、市间工业结构的调整和优化四个相应措施。

esemblance of industrial structure in different regions has turned into the main problem of industrisl development in Hunan Province, but differences of the structure exist in different-departments, including force typical aspects:1)the comprehensive capacity of specialization which represents the scale of the departments 2)the smicture within the department which includes the connection of the constitution of product and technology;3)the economic benefit of each department and of all departments as a whole.In order to realize the adjustment and optimization of the structure, a modle for the reasonable allocation of the industrial productivity is established, and the allocation of sixteen industrial depotments in Hunan Province is valuated. The author sugsesta to adjust 1)the regional structure of industrial allocation,2)the depotment structure,3)the enterprise structure,and 4)the product structure.
