云南澜沧江流域热区资源开发及热作基地建设研究

A STUDY ON THE EXPLOITATION OF TROPICAL REXOURCES AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF TROPICAL CROP BASES IN THE LANCANGJIANG BASIN OF YUNNAN PROVINCE

本文通过对澜沧江流域热区资源的分析，认为该区种植热带橡胶、香料、咖啡、南药、热果，发展甘蔗、茶叶，建立各种热作基地是开发利用热区资源的主要途径；１热作布局应在立体布局和地域布局基础上形成大分散、小集中的专业化布局；热区开发应采取相应的措施和特殊政策。

he tropical area of the Lancangjing basin is the largest one in those areas of Yunnan,where there is great potential for development. The authors consider that the tropical landshould be fully and rationally developed and ecological, economic and social benefits should beachieved because that kind of land in China is limited. The main way is to estaolish bases to plant tropical crops such as rubber, spice , coffee, medicinal herbs , tropical fruits, sugarcaneand tea. The distribution of tropical crops can be divided into two tyjpes-the vertical and the regional forining the specialized pattern with decentralization in big scale and centralization in small scale for ddevelopment. An overall plan for tropical crop planting and a service system are needed, and special policy for fund and technique should be made.
