摘要
对海南、广东两省芒果细菌性黑斑病的研究表明,其症状是:叶片病斑初期呈水渍状,后转角形或不规则形,病斑表面隆起,常受叶脉限制,深褐色至黑色,边缘常有黄晕;枝条和果柄上呈现凌形,黑色溃裂,伴有胶粘物质渗出;果实上,病斑初时水渍状后转黑色,隆起,星状开裂。根据其细菌学性状、寄主范围和血清学反应的测定结果,病原菌彼鉴定为野油菜黄单胞菌芒果致病型[Xanthomonascampestrispv,mangiferaeindicae(Patelet,al)Dye]。
A bacterial black spot Qf mango(Mangifera indica L.)was
surveyed in both Hainan and Guangdong provinces.The symptoms are as follows:On the
leaves,the lesion was characterized by water-soaked spots and then angular or irregular areas
with raised appearance,restricted by veins,turned dark brown to black in colour later and
frequently surrounded by a yellow halo;on the branches and fruit stems,the lesion appeared as
a spindle black cank-er with gummy exudate,and on the fruit,the lesion showed water-soaked
spots and then black raised areas with star一shaped cracks later. According to the
determinations of its bacteriological characterstics,host ranges and serological reactions,the
causal agent was identified as Xanthomonas campestris pv.mangiferaeindicae(Patel et al.)
