环氧化天然胶乳浸渍成膜的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用特别设计的恒温浸渍仪,对阳离子凝固剂、增稠剂、热敏剂、浸渍时间、温度等因素影响环氧化胶乳成膜的情况进行了研究。结果表明,用阳离子凝固剂及常规方法,浸渍成膜效果不好;不同的增稠剂或热敏剂效果不同;而在一定范围内,浸渍时间、浸渍温度均与胶膜厚度呈正相关。选用合适的配方和工艺条件可浸渍得到0.3—0.7mm的干胶膜,能满足一般浸渍制品的要求,其耐油性则比天然胶乳胶膜优越得多。环氧化胶乳制得的耐油手套同市售普通手套对比,前者耐油性比后者高近6倍。 The influence of cationic coagulants, thickeners, heat-sensitire agents, and dipping time and temperature on film formation of epoxidized natural rubber latex ( ENRL) has been studied using a specially designed thermos-tatic dipping apparatus. The results indicate that conventional cationic coagulant dipping produces poor effect on film formation, and that thickeners and heat-sensitive agents have different effects, whereas dipping time and temperature showed positive relation to film thickness to some extent. Appropriate formulations and a dipping technique could result in dry films of 0.3-0.7mm thick, which can meet the needs of common dipped goods, and have much better resistance to hydrocarbon oils compared to those films from natural rubber latex. The oil resistance of glores made from ENR is about 7 times higher than those made from NR latex.
