摘要
由对氨基苯酚制取的三官能环氧树脂(AFG-93)用4,4’一二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)固化。用DTA测定了体系的固化反应。结果表明:固化反应可分为凝胶玻璃化前和后两个阶段,其表观反应活化能分别是:E_1=45.7kJ/mol和E_2=72.9kJ/mol,其表观反应级数n_1=1.0,n_2=1.2。用TBA测定固化过程求得三 T(Time-Tempetature—Transformation)固化状态图。固化过程中产物的动态力学谱表明固化反应,先生成大支链聚合物,然后进一步交联。体系最高的 T_g达220℃。
The curing reaction of triglycidyl ether of p-aminophenol (AEG-93)with 4,4'-diamino-diphenylmethane was investigated by means of DTA and TBA. The reaction had two stages, before and after the gel glass transition, with the apparent reaction activation energy being 45.7kJ/mol and 72. 9kJ/mol, and the apparent reaction order being 1. 0 and 1. 2, respectively. The dynamic mechanical spectra of the products during the curing showed that polymer having large branch chains was formed first and then network was formed with the further crosslink reaction. The highest Tg of the system was as up as 220C.
