电源变换器整流组合是航天产品自动控制系统中不可缺少的部件。其装置的电子元器件必须采取灌封措施加以保护。在高、低温交变情况下,应保证不开裂和满足规定的电性能参数,通过设计和优化配方,所采用的复合型环氧灌封材料及工艺方法,经过产品技术条件考核,完全达到对质量可靠性的要求。
The rectifier unit of power converter is an important part in the antomatic controlling system of astronautic products, and the electronic components of the unit have to be protected by potting. The epoxy resin potting compound and potting process designed for this purpose have been proved by technical examination to meet the requirements for quality reliability.
