烯丙基化二苯醚低聚物的合成及其与BMI的共聚合

摘要 本文从甲氧基二苯醚出发,合成了一种新型的烯丙基化合物,采用现代分析方法,如IR,UV/VIS,H^1NMR和元素分析等手段对其进行表征。表明,这是一个主链为芳香结构,链端带有烯丙基的低聚物。该低聚物与BMI的固化反应由一个低温下的烯基加成反应和一个高温下的Diels-Alder反应构成。热重分析表明,该低聚物与BMI的固化物具有极高的热稳定性,在氮气氛中,起始热分解温度可达560℃,分解速率最高时的温度可达600℃、800℃时的碳残留率接近45%。 A new type of allyl compound (APD) was synthesized from methoxy diphenyl ether and the analysis results obtained with IR, UV/VIS, H'NMR and element analysis. Showed thet the APD had an aromatic main chain ended with allyl gruop. The copolymerization of the APD and BMI was comprised of allyl addition at low temperature and Diels-Alder reaetion at high temperatuye. and the cured APD resin with BMI had excellent theumal stability, with an initial decomposition at 560℃ ,a peak decomposition at 600℃ ,and about 45% of carbon remained at 800℃.
