摘要
对Ｃｒ１２ＭｏＶ钢用作眼镜架模具的失效原因进行了分析，并进行了改进处理，提高了模具的硬度和韧性，延长了使用寿命１～３倍。
A failure form of cold die steel made by Cr12MoV was studied. The bardness and toughness havebeen increased by advanced process which is the heat treatment process and coating process with PVD on the surfaceof Cr12MoV die steel. The service life of cold die steel has been increased 1￣3 times.
