摘要
提出了排球结构球形容器的整体无模液压成形技术,分析了该技术的优点和适用范围及发展方向,成功地进行了成形实验,分析了壳体的变形过程、应变分布、壁厚变化和直径变化规律。
The integrally die-less hydroforming technique of spherical vessels with a volleyball structu advanced; the advantages,the application field and the development direction of this technigue are analysed and the technique is experimented succesfully;the deformation process,the strain distribution the thickness distribution and diameter variation are analyzed in detail.
