摘要
研究了45#钢表面镍基自熔性合金激光熔敷层的腐蚀磨损性能.并通过组织分析和硬度测试,探讨了其腐蚀磨损过程、试验表明:激光熔敷层具有良好的耐腐蚀磨损性能,比2Crl3不锈钢提高3~10倍。
The wear corrosion behaviors of laser cladding layer of self-melted Ni - base alloys were studied. Itswear corrosion processes is also discussed by analysis of microstructure and microhardness. The results show that thecladding layer has good wear corrosion resistance, which is three to ten times over that of 2Cr13 stainless steel.
