Research of a New Type Silica Powder Coating for investment Casting

摘要 为获得高质量的精密铸件,研究了涂料中石英粉级配和粒形对涂料的流变性及工艺性的影响。文中着重从流变学角度探讨球磨效率的影响因素.生产实验表明:其铸件表面粗糙度Ra可达1.25~2.5um。 In order to obtain high quality surface of investment casting , the auther studied the effect of the size distribution and the partide shape of sitica powder on rheological and technological properties of slurry. The efficiencyof ball grinding has mainly been discussed in rheology. It is showed in practice that the smooth finish of the castingsurace Ra is 1. 25~2. 5um.
