摘要
通过试验与分析计算,研究了离心铸造磨球的充型规律.结果表明,在离心铸造磨球的浇注过程中,金属液自浇口飞入磨球型腔,射在与铸型旋转方向相反的浇口的斜前方,且金属液射在型腔上的部位仅与铸型工艺尺寸等有关,而与铸型的转速无关.
The law of cavity-filling in centrifugal casting grinding balls has been investigated by means of experiment,theoretic analysis and calculation. The results shown that the location in the mold cavity where the liquid iron streem shoots would not change under different rotation speeds of the mold when the liquid metal is poured in the centrifugal mold.
