The Effects of Overheating and Overburning Treatment on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Final Heat Treatment in the Cr12MoV steel

摘要 采用模拟方法.研究了Cr12MoV钢锻造加热过热、过烧对其随后中间球化处理及最终淬火、回火处理的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,锻造加热温度在1160℃以上出现过热.在1220℃以上出现过烧。严重过热及过烧后,中间退火及最终热处理都不能使其得到改善,一次冲击韧性、多冲疲劳寿命及抗弯强度等均严重降低.但过热及过烧对硬度却无明显影响。 Represented by tile Cr12MoV steel and using imitating method, the effects of overheating treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of spheroidizing anealing, final guenching and tempering treatments hane been studied. The resuits show that the overheating and overburning temperature of the stael are about 11600℃ and 1220℃ respectively. The microstructure and mechanical properties of overheaie or overburnt steel can not be improved by following spheroidizing anealing and guenching. Impact toughnass. Multi-impact fatigue life and bending strength are extreamely deteriorated. but the hardness of the steel is not change.
