摘要
讨论了T12A钢制锉刀中碳化物粒子大小、形状及马氏体形态对锉刀使用寿命的影响。结果表明:适当粗化并尽量球化原始组织中的碳化物粒子,可增加淬火组织中板条马氏量与未溶碳化物的体积分数,从而显著提高锉刀韧性并延长其使用寿命。
The effects of shape and size of carbide particles and martensitic morpholgy in the files made of T12A steel on its working life was discussed. The results show that it can increase the content of low carbon martensite and volume fraction of undissolved carbide to suitably coarsen and better spheroidize carbide particles in original structure. Therefore, the toughness of the file has been greatey increased and its working life elongated.
