摘要
比较了3Cr2W8V钢浅层渗碳和常规热处理后的组织、硬度和耐磨性,讨论了不均匀奥氏体渗碳的扩散特点。生产应用证明,浅层渗碳明显提高了以热磨损为主要失效方式的热锻模的使用寿命.
Cr2W8V steel being carburized in shallow layer, its microstructure, hardness and resistance to abrasion are compared with that of the steel conventionally treated. The diffusion characteristics of carburization in the uneven austenite state is discussed. Productive application shows the shallow layer carburization obviously improves the serveice life of hot forging dies whose principal effectiveness loss mode is hot wear.
