摘要
介绍了大功率感应脉冲淬火技术在汽车转向齿条上的应用实例.通过调整电、热工艺参数,可在零件表面上获得具有良好组织与性能的硬化层.硬度达HV(0.5)715~802.并克服了传统工艺处理所引起的变形,可省去处理后的校直和磨削工序。
In the research practical applications of high power pulse induction hardening to steering rack of automobiles were introduced. By abjusting the eleclrical and thermal parameters. a high power pulse induction hardened layer with excellent microstructures and properties can be obtained and its hardness is HV(0. 5) 715 ̄802. The Process greatly improves the wearablity of the part and eliminates the distortion caused by traitional treatment. The process also eliminates straightening and grinding. The research points out the vast application prospect of the technology.
