摘要
研究了卧式冷空压铸机压室内金属液充填过程中产生的破碎激冷层及其对待件质量的影响;浇注温度及金属液在压室内停留时间、压室充满度对破碎激冷层生成量的影响.结果表明,产生破碎激冷层使铸件强度下降、气密性不良;提高浇注温度、缩短金属在压室内的停留时间及提高压室充满度,均可使破碎激冷层的生成量减少.
The broken chilling layer emerging in the course of filling molten metal in the cold-chamber sleeve and its effect on casting quality are analyzed. The effects of pouring temperature, tetention period of molten metals in the sleeve and filling saturation of chamber on the abouts of the broken chilling layer are also studied. The results shows that the broken chilling layer make the casting strength lower, the gastight bad. Increasing pouring temperature, shortening retention period of molten metal in the sleeve and improving filling saturation of chamber could reduce the amouts of the broken chilling layer.
