锻造煤气加热炉自动控温系统及控温模式

摘要 阐述了航空大锻件宝状煤气加热炉控温系统的构成和控温模式。该系统选用STD总线工业控制机为主机.采用串级并联限幅控制模式.通过对炉内温度的采集及各温区煤气、空气流量和空/燃比的自动调整,对炉膛面积为9.8m2的煤气加热炉三个温区的温度实现了自动控制.控温精度≤±7℃。 The frame and model of temperature control system of the large gas heating room-form furnace, developed for improving the forging process of large aircraft structure. were given in the present paper. The STD bus industry control computer was taken as the main computer in the system. The furnace temperature can be automatically controlled by collecting the temperature. gasflow and airflow of the three partitioned temperature region in the gas heating furnace of which the hearth aera is 9.8m2. and. adjusting the proportion of air to gas, in virtue of the seriesparallel connection amplitude limiting control mldel. The temperature control precision is not larger than ±7℃.
