摘要
本文根据秦岭电厂5号机组的全面性热力试验和切除高压加热器带最大负荷试验的主要试验结果,对影响机组热耗率偏离设计值的因素从本体、系统和运行方面进行了分析和定量计算,并对东方汽轮机厂生产的200MW机组热经济性水平和节能潜力给予了评价。试验结果表明,东汽200MW机组热耗率达不到设计保证值的主要原因是低压缸级内效率低。并指出该机组目前节能的最大潜力是在运行和本体方面。研究结果可作为同类型机组技术改造时的参考和依据。
Based on the results of heat rate test and maximum load test without opration of HP heaters on the NO. 5 turbinegenerating unit of Qinling Power Plant, this paper presents an analysis to the factors which contribute to the deviation ofdesigned heat rate value and an evaluation to the potential of heat rate improvement of domestic 200MW units. It is shownin thispaper that the major cause of unreached design value of heat rate is the poor LP turbine efficiency and the potentialof heat rate improvement lies in turbine operation and body upgrading.
