调峰节能型稳燃腔燃烧器试验

摘要 稳燃腔煤粉燃烧器是一种适用于四角布置的电站锅炉直流式煤粉燃烧器。1992年初在海南省海口电厂50MW机组上首次投入工业应用,试验结果表明:稳燃腔燃烧器调峰幅度大,在最低负荷20MW(40%)下可以完全脱油稳定燃烧,可节省大量稳燃油。由于强化燃烧,锅炉热效率可有较大幅度提高,而且运行简单,维修量小,是一种性能良好的调峰、节能型煤粉燃烧器。 The PC burner with stablizing chamber is a direct fired burner applicable to corner-fired boilers. In the eary 1992this burner was first put into industrtal application on a 500MW unit of Haikou Power Plant (Hainan Province). The testresults show that this burner has a larger operation range for cycling operating and stable combustion can be obtained with-out oil at the minimum load of 200MW(40% ). Since the combustion is accelerated then,the boiler thermal efficiency canbe indreased a lot. This kind of burner is good not only for cycling operating and energy saving, but also for its easy opera-tion and less maintanance work.
