摘要
用于工业余热回收的气—气型热管换热器以其独特的优点正在得到广泛应用,其优化设计方法也引起人们的重视。本文从经济角度出发,提出以经济收益s最大为目标,以价格系数y为目标函数,将换热器设计中经常遇到的热流体出口温度给定和不定两种情况归纳为一类问题,并采用混合罚函数结合坐标轮换法,建立了气—气型热管换热器的优化设计软件,该软件可针对具体约束条件求最优解。
Due to its djstinctive advantages, gas-gas heat pipe exchanger used for recovery of waste heat is now being widely ac-cepted by the industry and its optimal design is therefore highly evaluated. From the point of view of economy, this paperdescribes a design procedure in which net economic gain S is set as the optimal object and economic coefficient Y as the ob-ject function. By taking the two conditions-the previous defined and undefined hot flow temperatures at exit as one prob-lem and by adopting the mixed penalty function with the cyclic coordinate variation, the author has established a computerprogramme for the optimal design of gas-gas heat pipe heat exchanger according to speific conditions.
