摘要
本文论述中等口径ＫＤ＊Ｐ晶体的生长方法。对如何减少晶体中的缺陷进行了深入的研究，生长出１１６×１１８ｍｍ￣２，重３３００ｇ的高质量的ＫＤ＊Ｐ大单晶。
The growing method of medium calibre KD*P crystal are introduced in this paper. How to reduce some defects in the crystal has been carefully researchd. High quality large KD* P crystals for 116× 118mm￣2 in cross section and 3300g mass has been grown.
