钽酸锂晶体的生长及其物理性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文报道了用硅钼棒电阻加热炉生长钽酸锂晶体的工艺条件,对晶体的透过率、双折射梯度、压电和声表面波等物理性能进行了测试,并研究了钽酸锂晶体在光波导方面的应用。 In this paper,the growth of LiTaO_3 crystal using silicon-molybdenum rods as heating bodies by Czochralski method is reporied.The transmission effiency,the grandent of byrefringence, the SAW properties and the piezoelectric properties are measured. The utilize of LiTaO_3 crystal in optical waveguide is studied.
