摘要
本文报道了以熔盐法生长ＫＴｉＯＡｓＯ＿４（ＫＴＡ）晶体的结果，通过选择适当助熔剂体系及生长条件的研究，生长了优质ＫＴＡ晶体。测量了晶体的电学、非线性光学性质等。详细讨论了晶体的形态，并与ＫＴＰ晶体作了比较。
The results of crystal growth of KTiOAsO_4(KTA)by flux method are reported.The KTA crystals with high quality are grown by selecting flux system and studying the growth conditions.The electrical, nonlinear optical and other properties of the crystals are measured.The morphology of the crystal are discussed,and compared this with that of KTP crystal.
