摘要
测定了氟铍酸三甘肽(TGFB)晶体在0~30wt-%的乙二醇,水混合溶剂中,温度区间为25~50℃的溶解度和过饱和度曲线,确定了生长亚稳区范围,拟合出了溶解度随温度、乙二醇浓度变化的经验方程式为S=(1─0.867m)×3.82×10 ̄(-13)T ̄(5.76)─40.0m,并讨论了溶液的稳定性。以混合溶剂代替纯水作溶剂,拓宽了溶液的亚稳区,有望改善晶体生长条件,缩短生长周期。
The solubilities of triglycine fluoroberyllate (TGFB)crystal in ethylene glycol(0 30%) water solvents have been determined in the temperature range 25 50℃,and an empirical formula S=(1 0. 867m) × 3. 82× 10 ̄(-13)T ̄(5.65)─40.0m has been obtained by curve fitting,The supersaturation curve and metastable region of TGFB solution are given. The metastable regions of TGFB solutions in ethylene glycol-water solvents are wider than that in pure water,so that it can be probably hoped to improve the condition of crystal growth.
