摘要
本文介绍了实时观察水溶液中CdI_2晶体生长时台阶运动过程的实验,提出了台阶运动的伯格效应,分析了产生台阶运动的伯格效应的原因,并从结晶分子的运动过程出发,分析了台阶稳定性和稳定性被破坏的原因。
The experiments of in situ observation of the step movement in the crystal growth of cadmium lodide in aqueous solution are reported in this paper,As a result of in situ observation ,the Berg′s effect on the step movement is put forward,and this kind of Berg′s effect is analyzed. From the view of the process of the movement of growth units ,the reasons of stability and why it could be destroyed are discussed.
