摘要
运用化学镀方法在金刚石表面镀覆了三种含强碳化物生成元素(W、Mo或Zr)的B-Ni合金镀层。将镀膜金刚石、未镀膜金刚石与基体合金粉末混合热压烧结后,用SEM、XPS、XRD分析了金刚石与基体之间的界面反应及其结合特征。结果表明,实现镀膜金刚石与基体合金的强力结合是合金镀层阻止金刚石表层C石墨化及形成中间碳化物层的共同结果。
By using Chemical reducing deposition technique,three kinds of Ni-alloy coatings containing carbide- forming elements(W,Mo or Zr) were coated on the surface of synthetic diamond. The interfacial reaction and bonding characteristic between the coated diamonds and an alloy matrix (WC- Co- Ni-Cu-Mn)after hot-press sintering are investigated with SEM,XPS,XRD and thermodynamic analysis,The enhanced bond between the coated diamonds and the matrix is attributed to the coatings which restrain surfacial graphitizing of diamond and form a bonding carbide layer.
