摘要
采用助熔剂法生长出了线度在10mm以上的单晶。对晶体的结构、法拉第旋转、光吸收特性及磁化强度等物理性质进行了研究。结果表明,In:BiCaVIG晶体具有较大的比法拉第旋转和较低的饱和磁化强度,是一种性能优良的磁光材料。
The In:BiCaVIG crystals 10 mm in dimension are grown using the flux method.The physical properties of the crystal are investigated such as its structure , Faraday rotation and intensity of magnetization etc. The result show that In: BiCaVIG crystal possesses large rate-Faraday rotation and lower saturation magnetization,therefore it is an excellent magneto-optical material.
