摘要
生长了优质的KNbO_3:Rb晶体,研究了光折变时间响应特性。发现该晶体的光折变响应时间可分为快慢两个成分,快成分占70%。在总写入光强为1W/cm ̄2时,快成分可达2ms。该晶体不需进行还原处理,光学均匀性不会因此而遭到破坏。
KNbO_3:Rb crystals have been grown in good optical quality. The characters of photorefractive time response have been investigated. Two components both the faster and the slower have been found to contribute to the photoinduced index gratings.The faster component which contributes to appraximately 70%of the index grating,shows 2ms rise time when the total intensity of the writing beams is 1W/cm ̄2. No reduction treatment is needed for this crystal,so the inhomogeneouscaused by this treatment can be avoided.
