水资源模拟模型在河南引黄灌区的应用

摘要 根据黄河下游河南引黄灌区的基本情况和特点,对黄河流域水资源模拟模型在该区应用中的技术和方法进行了分析。对所拟方案的运算结果表明.采用经济灌溉定额.不但可以节约用水,而且灌区各项效益指标均有所提高或改善。对该区的水资源开发利用评价结果是:当地水资源严重不足,节约用水势在必行,“四水”联合运用可避免因黄河枯水或当地干旱对农业造成的重大损失。 In the light of the basic situation and characteristics of the irrigated areas in Henan Province inthe lower Yellow River. techniques and methods for the application of Yellow River water resourcessalutation model to the irrigated areas are analyzed. Calculation results of the proposed scheme showthat using economic irrigation quota can not only saving water supply, but also increase or improve thevarious benefit indexes of the irrigated areas. Evaluation of development and utilization of waterresources in the irrigated areas show that it is extremely necessary to save water, and that joint use ofthe four kinds of water resources can avoid loss in agricultural production due to less water of theYellow River and drought in the local areas.
