While defining what the aging of Stuctures means, the paper emphasises that human activities are critical to accelerate or defer the aging of structures though they are not nesessarily the cause of such aging. For example. the confusing overall assessment of the classification of aging water gates suggests that it is proper to evaluate the aging category of canal system structures by means of multiple confusing overall assessment method and it is appropriate to use:comprehensive comparison methodology' for dealing the assessment indices.
