本文主要从中国改革开放前后中小水电事业发展的兴衰历程及中小水电具有的主要特点,展望中国中小水电发展的前景,并对发展中小水电的政策、资金及前期工作等提出建议和对策。

In this paper, based on the course of rise and decline of the development of medium and small sized hydropower in China before and after the execution of reform and opening to the outside world and also its main features, the author describes the prospect of development of medium and small sized hydropower in China, and puts forward proposals and measures on policies for its development, fund raising and preconstruc-tion work.
