旋转热管型磁粉离合器的设计研究与测试分析 被引量:4

摘要 本文详述了一种新型磁粉离合器,这种离合器的特点是装有供散热之用的旋转热管,文中依次阐述了它的工作原理、散热分析、设计方法和计算公式.测试数据和有关试验曲线表明,该新型磁粉离合器较普通磁粉离合器有更高的功率容量. A new type of magnetic powder clatches is introduced in detail. Thespecial feature of the clutches is that a rotational heat pipe is attached to it as a heat radiating part. The working principle, the radiation ability analysis, the design method and thecalculation formulas are described successively. The test data and related curves are given,which show that the power capacity of this new type of magnetic powder clutches is muchhigher than those of general ones.
