摘要
对７例经病理证实的胃平滑肌肉瘤的ＣＴ表现进行了分析，其特征性ＣＴ表现是（１）左上腹较大肿块与胃壁密切连续，不易分离；（２）肿块内有大片低密度坏死区；（３）胃粘膜面有大小不等的溃疡；（４）坏死性肝转移。
The CT findings of seven cases with gastric leiomyosarcoma proved Pathologically were analyzed. The CT characteristics were: 1. left upper quadrant mass adhering to gastric wall and difficult to be separated,2. necrotic area with lower attenuation within the mass, 3. ulceration of varying size in the diseased gastric mucosa, 4. metastatic lesion in the liver .
