摘要
讨论了铜带在退火时表面污斑的形成原因及影响因素，提出了解决办法。在此基础上，研制了一种新油，以替代EssonSomentorN60油，用于进口轧机上。该油性能指标与EssonSomontorN60油相当，并具有相同的退火表面洁净度。
The forming reason and influence factors of stains on the surface of copper tape during annealingwere discussed in this paper, a way to solve this problem was put forward. Based on this, a new copper tape cold-rolling oil was formulated, intended to substitute for the Esson Somentor N60 oil usedin the imported machines. This oil correspond to the N60 in performance, and also possess the sameannealing surface cleanliness.
