最大无卡咬负荷P_B点判断方法的考察

INVESTIGATION OF JUDGEMENT METHOD ON THE LARGEST NONSEIZURE LOAD P_B POINT

对四球机摩擦试验的各磨损状态进行了分析，运用弹性流体动力润滑和边界润滑的观点对卡咬发生前后的润滑状态进行了描述，并给出了卡咬点的油膜厚度方程。结合实际试验材料和润滑剂的复杂性，提出了判断P_B点的合理办法。

The various wear states in the four-ball test were analyzed in this paper. By viewpoints of elastohydrodynamic and boundary lubrication, lubricating states were described before and after seizure, as well as the oil film thickness formed on seizure point was given too. Finally, combining with the complication of practical test materials and lubricants, a more rational judgement method on P_B point was put forward.
