摘要
本文对80万吨/年超临界溶剂脱沥青装置的泵端密封频繁出现严重泄漏的原因进行分析和改造,解决了泄漏,保证了设备正常运行,而获得了良好经济效益。
This paper analyzes the cause of leaking at the seal in end of pump for deasphalting unit of 0.8Mt/a supercritical solvent, and puts forward the method of transforming the seal in the unit to solve the problem of the leakage, with ensuring normal run of the unit and obtaining a good economical benefit.
