摘要
本文分析了磁性流体水密封的特殊问题,实验观察了不同磁性流体在水中的状志,根据疏水性质判定了油基磁性流体密封水的可行性。对两种密封装置进行了实验,高压密封装置的密封压差达到1.6MPa。
The special problems in magnetic fluid seals against water different from sealing gas are analysed. The state of magnetic fluids in water is investigated. The oil-base magnetic fluid can be used to seal water due to its hydrophcb-icity. Two kinds of seal devices are designed and tested. The maximum sealing pressure differential is 1.6MPa.
