Wear Analysis of the Cage Mill

本文在对某氨厂32副笼式粉碎机转子宏观分析的基础上,运用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析笼条磨损机理,并指出磨损过快的原因及改进措施。

After the macroscopic observations for 32 pairs of disabled rotors of a cage mill in a synthetic ammonia plant, the OM and SEM are used to analysis the wearing mechanism of the cage bridges. Then the factors making the sage bridges wear and the improving methodes are also introduced.
