气液并流向上填充床径向混合的研究

摘要 在内径0.081m的气液并流向上填充床中,研究了塔内的径向混合性质。利用稳态拟均相二维扩散模型得到了径向Peclet准数,解释了填料直径、两相流速及流型对径向混合的影响,并与滴流床进行了比较。 The radial mixing was investigated in a 0.08lm diameter poked bed with gas liquid cocurrent upflow. The radial peclet number was carried out by solving the steady pesudo- homogeneous two- dimension diffusion model. The effects of diameter of packed particles, flowtype and both liquid and gas flow rate on radial mixing were discussed. The results were compared with that of tricle bed with gas liguid cocurrent downflow.
