摘要
比较了两台柱容量230mL的高速逆流色谱仪串联使用和单台使用的分离能力。两种溶剂系统(己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水,己烷-乙酸乙酯-水)、两种样品(吲哚类生长素、多酚酸)的实验结果表明,双机串联使用,其分离能力是单机的四倍,达到了提高分离能力的目的。
his paper reports the results ofcomparative investigation on separability between single and serially coupleddual high-speed counter-current chromatography instrument. Two samples(indole auxin and polyphenolic acids)and two solvents (hexane-methanol-ethyl acetate-water and hexane-ethyl acetate-water ) used in comparativeexperiments. The results showed that the separability of serially coupled dual instrument was four times as muchas that of the single one,and a gram-seale preparation has been attained.
