摘要 介绍运用毛细管区带电冰(CZE)技术对糖氨化合物进行检测的过程。分别用pH10的H_3BO_3/KOH和pH3.5的NaH_2PO_4/H_3PO_4为缓冲液对麦芽糖、鼠李糖、脱氧核糖、岩藻糖、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖和甘露糖进行定性,给出两种载液下的相对保留时间表。八种糖在H_3BO_3/KOH缓冲液体系下除甘露糖与葡萄糖重叠成一个峰外其余都能得到良好的分离图谱,而以NaH_2PO_4/H_3PO_4为载液时这两种糖也能被分离。将上述两种方法互相补充可用于单糖组分的定性与分离。 In this paper the analysis of monosaccharides by CZE technique is described.The monosaccharide is firsttransformed into N-2-pyridyl-glycamine derivative,and is then ready for analysis with capillary zone elec-trophoresis technique, The derivatization reagent is prepared according to the method of Sumumu Honda(Kinki University, Japan)。The capillary used is 50μmin i.d. and 90cm in length.When H3BO3lKOH(pH 10)buffer is used, mal-tose,rhamnose, deoxyribose, fucose,Dgalactose, arabinose and Dglucose are well separated,with D-mannose at the same position as D-glucose.D-glucose and Dmannose may be separated with CZE techniqueby using NaH_2PO_4/H_3PO_4(pH 3. 5) buffer. Tables of relative retention time with these two buffers are pro-vided.Under conditions where the sample concentration and injection time do not influence the t_i value,thesample of monosaccharide mixture may be well separated with this method by the complementarv use of thetwo buffers mentioned above.
