摘要 硅胶与含环氧基有机硅烷反应、产物与二元醇加成后再与环状酸酐反应,制得分离蛋白质的弱阳离子交换色谱填料。 he synthesis and chromatographic characteristics of four kinds of packings of high performance weakcation exchange chromatography for protein separations have been studied.Silica at first reacted with γ- glyci-doxypropyltrimethoxy silane. Then a diol compound was added for further reaction in the presence of a cata-lyst.The product reacted with a cycloanhydride and a packing for high performance weak cation exchangechromatography was obtained. It is showed that different kinds of diol and anhydride affect obviously the re-tention and resolution of proteins,and the effect of the anhydride is greater than that of the diol.The bioactive recovery of protein was 89%. The packings can be used in the separation of proteins and enzymes.
