浙江省庆元县林业资源综合开发利用

DEVELOPMENT AND UTILIZATION OF FORESTRY RESOURCE IN QINGYUAN COUNTY ZHEJIANG PROVINCE

地处浙江西南部的庆元县，竹木资源丰富，森林覆盖率７１．１％，有林地面积１３．０万ｈａ，县内采取综合开发利用的措施是：建设开发基地，成立营林公司，兴办林产工业，开发“名特优新稀”产品。由此充分发挥了林区优势，取得了甚高的经济效益。１９９１年县内林业产值１．８亿元，占全县工农业总产值的１／３。

Qingyuan County lies in the southwestern Zhejiang Province(118°49′ 119°29′E,27°25′ 27°51′N).The land area is 1898km￣2.The forestry area is 85% of the total land area. The popu-lation is l.7×10￣5. The climate belongs to middle subtropics. The annual mean temperature is 12.8 17.4℃,≥10℃ accumulated temperature is 5300℃ and the annual precipitation is 1760 2100mm.Frostlees period is 226d and the humidity is 82% in Qingyuan.Many kinds of trees can be grown in Qingyuan. Qingyuan is rich in bamboo and timberresources. Forestry area is 16.0×10￣4ha in which forest area is about 13.0×10￣4ha (timberland is82%, economic forest land 5% and bambooland 13%).There are 6.47M(m)￣3 standing forestand 28M(m)￣3 growing bamboo,and forest coverage is 71.1%。The measures for synthetical development and utilization of timber and bamboo are :1.toconstruct development base; 2.to set up silvicultural corporation; 3.to initiate forest industry; 4.to develop ' well-known,new,few and special' local products. By all these measures ,it is well-known that the forestry resource has been protected,abundant forest products an d by-preductshave been produced,bamboo and timber useful ratio has improved(1991 increase to 98%).for-est region superior has been full played and the good economic benefit has been achieved. The forestry output value was up to 180M yuan(RMB)in 1991, which is 1/3 of the totaloutput value of industry and asriculture in Qingyuan County.
