摘要
考虑到扩散、对流和吸收的共同作用,给出了弹性动脉中β-脂蛋白跨壁传输的分层模型,并求出了稳志解析解.分析了淋巴的吸收作用对β-脂蛋白在内膜层积聚速率的影响,结果表明:β-脂蛋白在内膜层的积聚速率随着位于中膜和外膜的淋巴吸收作用的减小而增大,淋巴对β-脂蛋白吸收能力的改变在动脉硬化等疾病的起因上起着重要作用.
Considering the innuence Of all the three phenomena:the diffusion,the convection and absorption on β-lipoproteinic transport across an elastic arterial wall,this paper presents a layered mathematical model of its mechanism,and obtains an analytic solution for steady states. Furthermore,the paper discusses the effect of lymphatic absorption on the speed of β-lipoproteinic accumulation in intimal layer. The result shows:the smaller absorbabilily the media and the ventitin have,the higher the speed of the β-lipoproteinic accumulation becomes. The change of β-lipoproteinic absorbabillty plays important role in the genesis of atherrosclerosis.
